Plugin Center

Plugins are PHP classes which extend the functionality of the job board. The best thing about them is that they are easy to install and generally you do not need to mess around with the rest of your job board - simply upload the plugin folder contents to the include/plugins/ directory and enable the plugin form the Admin.

Developers, please note, the plugins are written using special conventions and we will publish some tutorials for how to create your own plugins soon. For now, the best way to start creating your own is to look in to the existing StatsBox and OnlineUsers plugin examples, as they contain a lot of comments. See also the HookList.txt file in the include/plugin/ directory.

Description: Will display thumbnails of the top viewed candidates who submitted their resume with an image within the specified number of days. This is particularly useful for modeling / talent recruitment type job boards who want to show off their resume database on the front page.

Description: Adds a simple yet powerful CMS to the Jamit Job Board.
New pages can be created using a WYSIWYG editor, and are placed in to a
dynamically generated menu.
Absolute links can also be placed in to the menu, and there are 4 menu types:
Tabbed, JavaScript, Plain or Listed. Pages & Links are stored in the database
and the pages are generated dynamically. Includes Mod_rewrite features and
dynamic META tags.

field of a job post. The plugin queries the flickr.com database and
displays the thumb-nailed photos in a table. Created just for fun to

Description: Adds the ability for Jobs to be browsed by Employer. An index is displayed on top of the home page, where the user can click a letter and this will take them to a list of Employers starting with the chosen letter.
Going further, the user can click an employer's name to get more details and a job list. Only employers who filled in their profile will appear on the list. For English based sites only.

Description: For those that already have phpBB running and want their users to login to their Jamit Job Board with their existing username and password. When this plugin is active, the Jamit Job Board will use the account information form your existing phpBB installation seamlessly. If a user logs in to the job board they will also be logged in to phpBB and vice versa. Includes a simple export tool for exporting Jamit accounts to phpBB.
